eStatements

eStatements are electronic versions of your monthly statements that can be viewed through Digital Banking. eStatements offer many additional benefits above the standard paper statements including:

Current Email Address

Be sure DCU has your current email address for eStatements. DCU will use the email information current in Digital Banking to notify you that your account statement is available for viewing. If this address changes or is incorrect you can change it by doing the following:

From the homepage:

  1. Log onto Digital Banking
  2. Select the Profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and choose “Your Notification Preferences” from the drop-down menu
  3. Click “Update” next to the Email Address
  4. Enter the new email address and click SAVE to submit your change

From the Mobile App:

  1. Log onto Digital Banking
  2. Select Membership tab on the bottom right corner and choose “Your Notification Preferences”
  3. Click to edit your Email Address
  4. Enter the new email address and tap Update to submit your change

eStatement Notifications

If you decide that you would like to receive only electronic statements, you can make changes at any time through your Profile. To access your Profile:

From the homepage:

  1. Log onto Digital Banking
  2. Select the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and choose “Your Notification Preferences”
  3. Under Contact Preferences toggle “Electronic Statements” to ON

From the Mobile App:

  1. Log onto Digital Banking
  2. Select Membership tab on the bottom right corner and choose “Your Notification Preferences”
  3. Under Contact Preferences toggle “Electronic Statements” to ON

If you decide that you would like to receive paper statements and you are currently set up for electronic delivery, you must contact DCU at 800.328.8797 to request this change.
